Meet Our CEO
Tristan Kanthack, CEO of Hot & Cold Air Co. is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to the East Tennessee region. With over 10 years experience in the trade, he serves as a significant resource for his team and customers. Tristan was born and raised in Ventura, California and relocated to the East Tennessee region to be closer to family. Starting off as an apprentice in the the field right out of high school, he quickly caught onto the trade and worked his way up to being a valuable service manager and asset to all aspects of the business. He values doing each job, big or small, with the same great quality of work. Tristan leads his team from the front, setting a great example of excellence, accountability, and knowledge which you will see demonstrated by all of the team.
